How To Know When A Masterbaits

chocolate fondant with praline and rocks

Occasionally, the regressive pleasures are not unpleasant. This is exactly the objective of this recipe, nothing fancy, just a cake for a comforting winter day.

Chocolate fudge and praline rocks

250g butter 250g sugar 3 eggs

100g flour 70 g unsweetened cocoa (powder)
a half teaspoon of baking powder 150g
rocks pralines (Suchard!) into pieces (it is very important to keep the pieces)

Recipe

In a saucepan, combine the butter and melt all at very low heat. Once the butter is melted, remove from heat. Add sugar and mix. Then add the eggs one at a time, mixing between each addition.

The mixture should be smooth and homogeneous. In a bowl, add the flour, baking powder, cocoa and mix. Preheat oven to 150 ° C (Th 5). Gather the two preparations and mix again. Add the rocks into pieces. Grease and flour a square pan, pour the mixture into the pan and bake for 25 minutes.

note, a thin crust to form on the cake but the knife does not dry out. Allow to cool before eating.
