Hi hi hi ... What better in winter than organizing a small pastry competitions to warm up the taste buds? Thank you to my friend Xenia greedy for organizing this decadent Bake-off 2011 !
The competition was really tough, difficult to choose between a rum cake and coconut , the raspberry-chocolate muffins and yogurt , a Greek cake flavored with nuts a cake the Brazilian orange and chocolate cake and a chocolate-espresso-almond and vanilla from the island of Capri ... In fact, they were all delicious! I look forward to the next contest!
